Today's View From the Unemployment Line

I hopped on my bike today to run some errands and ended up along the lake. This time, I headed north to the Montrose Beach area. Nice day. But watching the boats go by and seeing the people out enjoying the afternoon made me wonder: who the heck are these people and why aren't they at work?! It's Wednesday!
