Today's View from the Unemployment Line

I didn't get a chance to head out with the camera today, so I reached into the vault for an oldie, but goodie for today's selection. In honor of Navy's big game, here is a picture of the official seal of the Department of the Navy taken at the fountain outside Soldier Field last October.
