Although it couldn't have been a better day to catch a game, some people forewent the opportunity to sit in the lazy, afternoon sun to work. Cubs fans work when there is isn't a day game to attend. Other baseball fans occasionally skip work for a game. Obviously, the Cubs were not on the field today.
